Our Clients could benefit greatly from our Services as they need regular support in drafting & in obtaining authorised Submissions clearances from URA through to BCA CSC.

We specialise in Drafting and Submissions for Landed Houses: GCB, Detached, Semi-Detached, and Intermediate terrace.

FDS Design LLP was established in April 2011 to provide freelance architectural services after reaching an agreement with a previous architecture employer to help with an increasing surplus of work received.
 

Up to the end of FY2024, the Company has completed Submissions and Drafting for 42 Landed Houses, 5 Industries and many other smaller Works.
